Impairment of the ulnar nerve combined with the median nerve on the dominant side could affect the pinch strength and performance of basic daily activities at a highly significant level. 18 Age was found to be the strongest factor influencing the hand function of the patients with leprosy irrespective of the dominance in the present study.
