Despite these differences failing to achieve statistical significance (GAD: t = ‐0.417, p = 0.678; PD: t = ‐1.036, p = 0.306), the fALFF values in both high RR groups exhibited an increasing trend. 4 DISCUSSION The findings of this study demonstrate a notable decrease in the fALFF values within the right cHipp subregion of the hippocampus, whereas the left areas A23d, A24cd, and bilateral A32sg subregions of the cingulate gyrus, as well as the left A14m and bilateral A12/47l subregions of the orbitofrontal lobe, exhibited increased fALFF values in both GAD and PD groups when compared to HCs at baseline.
