In our study, we observed a highly significant difference in the mean length of USLs in patients (right USL = 38 ± 11 mm, left USL = 35 ± 12 mm) compared with the control group (right USL = 22 ± 9 mm, left USL = 18 ± 9 mm), indicating significantly longer ligaments in the patient group.
