Among men and women workers without WIF or FIW, the WFH group did not exhibit a significantly higher risk of sleep disturbance compared with the non-WFH group, except for male workers without FIW during COVID-19, for whom there was a marginally significant OR of 1.44 (95% CI: 1.03-2.02).
