Despite a slight trend towards increased transduction efficiency in CB‐ compared to PB‐derived NK cells, on a per cell basis, PB‐derived anti‐CD19 CAR‐NK cells were more potent at killing CD19 + Nalm6 cells after 14 days of culture.
