In this study, out of 16,275 protein-coding genes evaluated, we identified a set of 947 genes showing highly significant (2-fold or more) differential expression (DE) in the STL001 treated experimental model, with 757 genes being upregulated and 190 genes being repressed in FLO-1 (Fig. 3A ).
