Quality of RCTs As shown in Figures 2 and 3 , although all the included studies were RCTs, the major factor influencing the quality was that participants, intervention personnel, and the outcome evaluator were not blinded, which might have a subjective influence on judging the outcome, leading to the findings of a positive trend.
