Relevance for clinical practice Measurements of pain catastrophizing, kinesiophobia, and self-efficacy should be incorporated into pain assessment for reproductive-age women with MFPP in the Medical Rehabilitation Units/Centers, as these pain-related cognitive factors may be significant therapy objectives to drive the relationship between pain intensity and daily interference.
