As shown in Table 2 , it was found that 15 ellipsis models showed significant differences ( p < 0.05) in aroma characteristics, 29 ellipsis models showed highly significant differences in aroma characteristics ( p < 0.01), 29 ellipsis models showed very highly significant differences ( p < 0.001), and 45 ellipsis models showed no significant differences in aroma characteristics.
