Our results revealed that, while most genes related to glycolysis showed an increasing trend during tdTomato-labeled c-Kit + SPC differentiation, the levels of genes related to tricarboxylic acid (TCA) cycle were more variable, although increased expression was observed in some genes (Fig. 7 a, b).
