The values of HO, He and PIC for Meishan pigs and Pudong white pigs were 0.900, 0.508 and 0.375 and 1.000, 0.508 and 0.375, respectively, and the PIC values were all in the range of 0.25–0.5, which was moderately polymorphic, with χ2 > χ20.01 (1) and p < 0.01, which was highly significant and did not satisfy the Hardy–Weinberg equilibrium.
