According to univariate analysis, age ( P < 0.01, HR = 1.045, 95%CI = 1.037-1.055), BMI ( P = 0.001, HR = 0.952, 95%CI = 0.924-0.981), tumor size ( P < 0.01, HR = 1.426, 95%CI = 1.184-1.718), tumor stage ( P < 0.01, HR = 2.105, 95%CI = 1.817-2.438), and preoperative CEA ( P < 0.01, HR = 2.185, 95%CI = 1.812-2.633) and CA19-9 ( P < 0.01, HR = 2.646, 95%CI = 2.185-3.204) levels all showed highly significant differences.
