By GO and KEGG analysis, we determined that the functional annotation and pathway enrichment of the 2 groups of differentially expressed miRNA target genes were primarily enriched in nutrient transport, carbohydrate metabolism, metabolic process of organic circulating compounds, cell metabolism, ATP binding, and other metabolic related pathways, as well as energy consumption pathways, which had extremely significant relationships with the hysteresis process.
