Conclusion Overall, the pooled STICLO trials data demonstrate a rapid antiseizure efficacy of stiripentol in patients with Dravet syndrome, with highly significant responder rates, whatever the ≥ 50% or ≥ 75% reduction in seizure frequency level, and the number of patients becoming seizure-free are considered.
