4.3 Morphological Analysis The descriptive statistics of non-aerobic and aerobic conditions for 22 different traits among the three genotypes are given in Supplementary Tables 5 and 6 . Among the various traits, mean vegetative plant height 24.58 cm (P=0.015) and 37.04 cm (P=0.033) on 25 th day and 36 th day respectively, mean SPAD value 42.6 (P=0.020), mean leaf length 34.44 cm (P=0.029) and mean leaf width 0.96 cm (P=0.030) on 60 th day were found to be highly significant between the varieties.
