Similarly, in comparison to randomly selected SNPs on the same chromosome, the association of the chr1 inversion frequency with rainfall and the association between the chr6 inversion frequency and temperature are exceptional and highly significant after Bonferroni correction ( Fig. 5 ; supplementary table S4, Supplementary Material online).
