After a thorough examination and analysis, considering the significant skin and periorbital edema, muscle weakness, significantly elevated muscle enzymes, and an increasing trend in NXP2 antibody titer IgG, we concluded that the patient was in the active stage of JDM, and seizures were attributed to CNS involvement.
