Conclusions Similar to studies in primary brain tumors, we found a qualitative attenuation of the BOLD signal in the metastasis-affected hemisphere compared to the contralateral hemisphere, as well as considerably significant changes in functional connectivity (FC) in the presence of BM in this study.
