In the case of the production of SBP by chemical hydrolysis [ 71 ], used in the present work as feedstock for the production of the chemical biosurfactants according to scheme 1, a highly significant linear relationship was found between the chemical composition of the pristine MBW materials collected in different seasonal climate conditions and citizens’ food consumption habits of Italy, Greece, and Cyprus, chosen as case studies, and the composition of the SBPs.
