The survival rate of L929 cells in the PTKH3 hydrogel group at 1 and 3 days showed a decreasing trend compared with that of the PTKH1, PTKH2 hydrogel group, which appeared due to the fact that too high concentration of TA would have a certain effect on the biocompatibility of cells.
