The S group (cells cultured in the collected secretome) had a significantly higher level of IL8 than the control group ( p < 0.05) and an increasing trend of IL-6 expression (Fig. 3 f,g), while no significant changes in the expression of TLR1 , TLR2 , and TLR4 were noticed (Fig. 3 c–e).
