Interestingly, these findings are in agreement with a highly significant anti-correlation of gene expression levels of RAI2 and EZH2 in a primary prostate adenocarcinoma cohort, indicating that both genes may have opposing effects in primary prostate tumors 23 (Supplementary Fig. 19 ).
