For the two selected models, it is observed that, in general, the values of the parameters show an increasing trend as a function of the drying air temperature, with emphasis on the parameter “k”, which represents the effective diffusivity of the drying in the falling rate period, and is therefore considered an approximation to explain the behavior of the drying air temperature 52 .
