a nonsignificant trendP = 0.08
When adjusting for known risk factors (age, coronary artery disease, hypertension, diabetes, atrial fibrillation, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, chronic kidney disease ≥ moderate-severe, LVEF, mean gradient), this difference was no longer significant, but there was a nonsignificant trend toward higher risk of all-cause mortality in women with PLF undergoing SAVR compared to those undergoing TAVR (adjusted HR: 2.33 [95% CI: 0.91-5.98], P = 0.08).
