The 19 F NMR dataset acquired was then analysed using a completely randomised design (one-way) type 1 analysis-of-variance (ANOVA) model, and this demonstrated that although there were no significant “between-participant” differences in δ values found (range of mean values −119.41 to −119.33 ppm only, p = 0.071), that between Δv 1/2 was very highly significant indeed, with p = 6.02 × 10 −10 .
