Foreign-born migrants had a marginally nonsignificant increase in risk (OR = 1.03, 95% CI 0.96–1.11) during the first vaccination campaign, but they were still at lower risk of swab positivity than Italians both before (OR = 0.88, 95% CI 0.84–0.93) and after (OR = 0.67, 95% CI 0.62–0.72).
