Follow-up paired samples t -tests demonstrated that increased sleepiness during the intervention relative to baseline was significant on Day 2, t (27) = 2.1, p = 0.046 and Day 3, t (25) = 2.4, p = 0.027, was marginally significant on Day 4, t (25) = 2.02, p = 0.054, but was not significant on Day 1, t (23) = 1.4, p = 0.182 or on the Days 5–7, ( p -values > 0.28).
