The QTL mapping detected a single highly significant locus on chromosome 5H delimited by the markers 11_10641 and 11_20236 with the most significant marker 12_20350 giving a LOD score of 23.1 (Figs. 2 A and 3 A, Supplemental Fig. 1 ).
