Among the 321 MSSP there was a decreasing temporal trend in resistance to trimethoprim from a high of 84% in 2015 to 8% in 2018 with no resistance detected in 2019 and 2020 and an increasing trend in tetracycline resistance from 1.3% in 2016 to 40% in 2020 ( Fig 4 ).
