In the mUC-non-EV cohort (ClinicalTrials.gov identifiers: NCT01855477 and NCT02925234 ), 27 of 27 patients with NECTIN4 amplification were male ( P = .001), and again, there was a nonsignificant trend toward a higher frequency of NECTIN4 amplification in older patients with mUC ( P = .069; Appendix Table A 2 ).
