[ 20 ] based on response surface methodology to explore the influence of fused deposition modeling (FDM) technical parameters on the forming accuracy of the preparation of acetaminophen (APAP) tablets, the results show that the interaction between the nozzle temperature and the platform temperature has an extremely significant effect on the forming accuracy of the APAP tablets, the optimized experimental scheme is as follows: the printing speed is 75 mm/s, the nozzle temperature is 225 °C, the platform temperature is 56 °C.
