Patients with persisting hypercalcemia during the follow up showed a significantly worse graft (HR 2.22, 95% CI 1.19–4.17, p = 0.013) and overall survival (HR 2.08, 95% CI 1.05–4.17, p = 0.036), as well as worse death-censored graft loss (HR 3.23; 95% CI 0.88–12.5; p = 0.078), although this was only borderline significant.
