Trend analysis of GS in Brazil Brazil showed an increasing trend in gestational syphilis, with an APC of 19.07% (95%CI 13.92–24.46), while among the 5 regions, an increasing trend was observed in all of them, with a higher APC in: 22.55% of APC in the South, 19.71% of APC in the Northeast, 19.16% of APC in the Southeast, 17.95% of APC in the North and 17.89% of APC in the Centre-West (Table 1 ).
