Consistently, these characterized pathways of TEX including CYT and CD4 T cell and CD 8 T cell showed a decreasing trend in C1-C4 ( Figures 3D–F ), suggesting that the four TEX subgroups identified in this study accurately represent the biology of the TEX grading stage.
