TCh induced the dissociation of MnO 2 NS into Mn 2+ , enhancing SC signaling and decreasing AR signaling. It was observed that in the presence of OP the activity of AChE was inhibited and the decomposition of MnO 2 NS was prevented. Thus, the fluorescence intensity of SC was low and the fluorescence intensity of AR showed a highly significant increase.
