We observed that the first four top-ordered compounds (Nilotinib, Entrectinib, Imatinib, and SCH-772984) produce highly significant binding affinity scores (≤ -7) kcal/mol with at least 14 receptor proteins out of 17 and their average binding affinity score is less than or equal to −8.0 kcal/mol.
