It can be seen that the real part of the dielectric spectrum of ethanol and particle–ethanol suspensions decreases with increasing frequency in the 1–110 GHz range, while the imaginary part of the dielectric spectrum shows a decreasing trend with increasing frequency above 1.15 GHz, and an increasing trend in the 1–1.15 GHz range, with a maximum value around 1.15 GHz.
