These SRGs, TCP1 (Chr 6), CCT2 (Chr 12), CCT3 (Chr 1), CCT4 (Chr 2), CCT8 (Chr 21), were found, in the overall GO enrichment analysis ( p < 0.01) of SRGs ( Supplementary Table S2 ) and contribute to a highly significant group of GO terms related to the telomeric region of chromosomes and to the Cajal body, including regulation of telomerase RNA localization to the Cajal body.
