By analysing the combinational effect of gene pairs based on pairs versus corresponding single genes using the two‐sided Wilcoxon rank‐sum test and significant outliers in linear regression based on expected DKO versus observed DKO, we observed a highly significant interaction between Raf1 and Pkm2.
