Moving on to INL macular volume, the absence of any significant effect of natalizumab (even if a mild trend was observed in temporal inner ring, which calls for further studies with including more patients) is in line with the hypothesis of a chronic BRB dysfunction, but apparently not with a recent study ( 12 ).
