Compared with mice of mTOR-KO + CLP group, mTOR-KO + CLP mice treated with bafilomycin A1 showed that T-bet and GATA3 expression was significantly reduced, likewise INF- γ expression was further decreased, while IL-10 showed an elevated trend (Figures 4(e) and 4(f) ).
