For the DBP indicator, the within-group difference between the post-test and pre-test in the V-M group was significant (F = 6.015; ɳp 2 = 0.086; p = 0.017), the within-group difference between the post-test and pre-test in the other three groups was not found to be significant, but compared with the pre-test, all the post-test data showed a decreasing trend.
