Aromatic components and endophytic fungi during the formation of agarwood in <i>Aquilaria sinensis</i> were induced by exogenous substances.

There were highly significant differences ( p < 0.01) in the number of OTUs and the Shannon, Chao1, and the Palou evenness indices in the endophytic fungal community at different sampling timepoints for each induction treatment with no significant differences in sequence numbers.
