Ng-LdcA-16 showed highly significant efficacy against N. meningitidis MC58 with MIC 50/ > 90 values of 0.1 μM and against N. lactamica with MIC50 values of 1.56 μM and MIC > 90 values of ~ 25 μM, and MBC50/90 values of 0.78—1.56 μM (Fig. 11 A, B ).
