The diagnosis of soft tissue TB is usually based on medical history, morphological features, laboratory tests, and histopathological features [ 9 , 11 ], but due to the similarity of these lesions to other skin diseases, the diagnosis may be complex, the diagnosis process may be long, and there may be significant delays.
