We found no significant differences in SD 50 scores (reflecting both the seed quantity and the seeding kinetics) between the two groups in any of the examined brain areas, apart from a slight trend towards higher values in the amygdala and substantia nigra of rpDLB patients, further confirming the evidence that LBP load is not the factor responsible for reduced disease duration in rpDLB patients.
