During the drying period of 0 h–7 h, the peak area of free water ( M 23, representing moisture content of free water) under different temperatures showed a decreasing trend, with the fastest decrease observed at 55 °C, which was consistent with the significant reduction in signal intensity of free water in the early stages of drying.
