In the case of ‘Orah’ development, the total amino acid content in the pulp of ‘Orah’ grafted onto the four rootstocks showed an initial increasing trend, followed by a decreasing trend, with the highest levels at 150 DAF, 18.88 μmol/g, 18.29 μmol/g, 19.17 μmol/g and 20.97 μmol/g, respectively ( Figure 2C ).
