For chemotherapy patients, the control group showed an overall trend of decreasing IQR and median year by year from 2018 to 2022, along with a decreasing gap between the upper and lower quartiles, and the trend was more pronounced after the DRG reform was implemented, despite an initial increase in median cost in the first year following the reform (2019–2020).
