The results revealed a decreasing trend in the water content of kohlrabi seedlings, with values of 91.88%, 86.93%, 83.82%, and 79.86% recorded at temperatures of CK (22 °C), 12 °C, 8 °C, and 4 °C respectively ( Figure 1 B).
